When I was reached Lucknow with my family at 8:00AM , I know my check-in time was 12:00 but I request to receptionist my family want to fresh give me common bathroom but his way of talking was uncomfortable in front of my family. His coworker (Mishra ji) behaviour was good he request to receptionist but he deny to give common bathroom. After this incident me & my family went to hotel basement for fresh.

Frustrating Booking Experience

Don't believe ixigo service. I have booked ac room double bed but ticket generated non ac and I have to pay extra for ac and room was 4th floor without lift. Very poor service I have very bad experience and facilities provided

Disappointing Stay Experience

I'm came Lucknow for the first time and stayed in this hotel for about 20 days, 3-4 days are good and staff behavior was good but after 4 days hotel staff (Suresh) started misbehaving but I ignored and politely handled after a week hotel staff (suresh) started misbehaving with me for payment and another staffs also insulting me infront of other guests, I feel bad but I didn't replied them. About hygiene- furniture was dusty and TV was not working well ’? . Wifi network was very bad,There is no jet spray in Toilet and Taps were leaking. I don't recommend Hotel Raj Palace, Charbagh for staying
