Hotel Globe Meridian

I stayed at this hotel for one day while visiting the Taj Mahal, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Key issues I faced:Unclean bedsheet and pillow covers with visible stain marks.Wash basin drainage pipe was missing; the staff placed a bucket under it instead.When I complained, the staff casually said ’it’s the same everywhere,’ which was unprofessional.No hot water service provided.No RO drinking water available.Overall, a very poor experience. This place seriously needs better hygiene and basic maintenance

The service of this hotel is very poor. They don't have manners to talk with the guest. Room is not clean as well. Please don't visit here.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this hotel. The stay was absolutely pathetic, especially considering the sky-high price during Janmashtami when rooms were already hard to find.The room they gave us was disgusting’old, dirty, and stinking the moment we entered. The ceiling fan didn’t work, and although it was an AC room, we had no option but to rely on just the AC. The washroom was in a horrible condition’filthy, unhygienic, no proper handwash, and only a tiny piece of soap thrown at us. The shower wasn’t working either, which made the washroom completely useless.Checkout was at 12 pm, but we left by 10 am. At check-in, we were clearly told that even after checkout, we could use the washroom and charging facilities in the evening. But when we returned, the guy at the reception behaved like he was doing us a favor just by sitting there. Arrogant, disrespectful, and full of ego’he flatly refused to let us charge our phone or use the washroom. The way he spoke was absolutely insulting.What’s even worse is the contradiction’the staff member at check-in had assured us that we could use these facilities later, and when we called him, he confirmed it again. Yet the evening receptionist ignored it and continued with his rude behavior, showing zero professionalism and zero manners.This hotel is a complete scam. The reception area is made to look decent just to fool people, but the truth is the rooms are filthy, the washrooms are a joke, and most of the staff are careless and disrespectful. The only decent person was the one at check-in’everyone else ruined our experience.Overall, this was an absolute nightmare’overpriced, unhygienic, and run by staff who don’t value guests at all. I strongly warn others: do not waste your money here.The boy at the reception is the worst part of this hotel. He is arrogant, disrespectful, and full of ego. He has no knowledge of hospitality or even basic manners. He just sits at the reception doing nothing, pretending as if he knows everything, but in reality, he is absolutely useless. His rude and careless attitude completely ruined the experience. A person like him should not even be allowed to deal with guests.

Veri bad behaviour of hotel management and all are bad services no any entertainment, washroom related facilities in the room ,all are staff very bad and worst,all caretaker very badly speak and treat to customer,so please don't not go their,if you want to go as your choice,wish hope so

Very Dirty Rooms And Very Poor Service,,No WiFi Available In Room,,Bathroom Not In Good Position,,So Aware Before Room Booking..Not A Single TV In Room..
