Hotel Orange

This hotel is excellent, and the restaurant team is outstanding. I was especially impressed by Yatin ji, who is a wonderful person delivering excellent service. The night staff are also great; Tarun ji communicates with kindness and warmth.🥰

The service was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was also tasty. I liked the hotel and its amenities.

I recently stayed at Orange Hotel in Agra and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I booked it expecting a genuine 3-star experience based on the online pictures and description, but the reality was far from that. It felt more like a dharamshala than a hotel. The room was in terrible condition. The electric kettle was filthy inside and out, covered in stains and dust, clearly not cleaned for months. For a hotel claiming 3 stars, this is unacceptable and unhygienic. Room service was very poor; despite multiple calls, staff were rude, unprofessional, and slow, taking over an hour to respond to simple requests, and even then the job was poorly done. The bathroom was the worst part: the water was dirty, muddy, yellowish-brown, and smelled bad. Bathing in such water was impossible. The water pressure was extremely low, barely any water came from the shower, and we had to wait 20 minutes just to fill a small bucket. When paying for a 3-star hotel, one expects cleanliness, basic amenities, and decent service, but this hotel failed on all fronts. Don't be misled by the online photos. This place needs serious maintenance and staff training. I will never recommend or stay here again.

I spent two nights in the Executive Room with three people. The room was tidy and featured a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk for work or study, and a roomy bathroom. The location was convenient. The breakfast selection was decent and flavorful.
