The Coral House Homestay by the Taj

The Coral House felt like a safe retreat amid the vibrant bustle of Agra. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the entire place was impeccably clean. What caught my attention most was the décor — stunning, colorful, and full of charm. It's clear a lot of effort was put into making such a beautiful and tranquil environment. Breakfast was tasty and a perfect way to begin the day. My only disappointment is that I only booked one night! I also missed out on dinner there because I wanted to explore Agra in the evening, but I would have enjoyed trying it. I’m definitely keeping The Coral House in mind for my next visit to Agra and would gladly stay here again — just for a longer time next visit!

This place is recommended by my fren. When she sent me a photo of this homestay I already fell in love with it :)Surprisingly they know the guest by details upon check in. Staff are very helpful & available. They helped us to carry our luggage to our rooms upstairs (no lift available) & even help to wear saree for us upon our request!Which help us to leave a memorable photos in Taj Mahal. Food are delicious. Home cook food & they keep checking if we need more portion to make sure we are full! Very clean, beautifully decorated & homely environment. Strategic location. Within walking distance to Taj Mahal. A definite place to stay if you are visiting Taj Mahal.

Our stay was delightful and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered is tasty and very satisfying. The location is handy, just a 15-minute walk from the Taj Mahal, Taj Nature Walk, and various dining options. The staff is very accommodating. The shared spaces are warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing in the evening before heading back to the room.

The four of us from the United States enjoyed our stay. Excellent service. Legit a 10-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal.The veg dinner was very tasty. Was pleasantly surprised.If you've been around India and have spent time with locals, the dinner was a little overpriced and not as spicy as we're used to, but it was well worth it.
