Rooms were nice with all modern amenities such as atomberg fan ,air conditioner inside kettle ,air conditioner smart led tv .Washroom are modern standard with toiletries .Complimentary breakfast was nice. Receptionist was so polite. Highly recommended for all who search near kashi vishwanath temple.

I stayed with my family in this hotel for Two days...due to technical issue amount of booking was debited twice for same stay through this platform. this platform person suggested for email from hotel for refund of the amount..but when I interacted with reception girl she totally refused giving an excuse and when I said that I will somehow get the amount then she said aap ko jo tareeka ho sakta hai wo laga lo...she was totally not fit for the reception..but anyhow I got the number of genral manager of the hotel who was new and old one had left the job whose number was updated on the site..but new one helped me out of the way..so altogether hotel was good but reception girl was not at all good for the position..

Excellent room , facility and behaviour, food is very taste, staffs are very polite.. it take 10 rupees to reach godolia chak.. in 2 minute we will find zudio, petrol pump and everything. Rooms are neat and clean . Parking is available also.

Rooms was spacious and comfortable.Food was good we had breakfast and dinner included. Although they didn’t provided us dinner on the first day till 10:00 PM ( we were kept waiting for 1 hr)Hotel is close to assi ghat and temple.Service could have been much better at the main counter. ( you need to greet your guest when they enter, atleast ask for water, they don’t even know that we have confirm booking, or meals included and stuff)Even while leaving I handed I keys and we just left. No greeting not even asking how was our stay.You definitely need to improve in that manner.Thank you.

Nice interior with all fittings, all things neat and clean from reception, Dinning to toilet. Room services may not be up to mark as required. Location is very good from Market area but we all know about varanasi street wide road so recommended for cars only not for Bus any long vehicle . From Bhubaneswar Odisha
