Hello All,I want to share our experience(s) at Hotel Dolphin Grand in Varanasi where we recently stayed.We were 11 touring members in total.Right from booking the Hotel from US with the help of the Hotel Agent Rashi till the last day our experience was marvelous and the service was immaculate. Rashi ji assisted me in selecting the Rooms(5) and making sure all required amenities are taken care of. Rajesh ji from Transportation Team assisted us with all required and necessary transportation right from picking us from Airport,Touring Temples and dropping us back at the Airport was spot on without any delays. Mr.Deepak who was our Tour Guide was really amazing and planned everything for us so well that we never had any problem or any difficulty.Deepak not only made sure we visited all Temples and Places we requested but also showed us some more key places that we were not aware of.He was like our Family member taking care the touring group when we were tired or required any support/assistance.He dealt everyone with patience and never rushed us.He also protected the group from external harmful elements like street hawkers or fake Sadhus etc by navigating tactically.The in-house restaurant was awesome and clean too where we tried many varieties of food including Thali.If you pick this hotel nothing could go wrong and you can be assured you are in safe hands.Please contact the following persons at the Hotel:For Reservation and guidance - Ms. RashiFor Transportation and Tours - Mr.RajeshFor Guide - Please do request for Mr.Deepak and be assured nothing could go wrong.Finally, last but not least, please request for the car drivers Sonu and Ajit who were always on time and know how to maneuver crazy Varanasi traffic smartly and also canhandle your luggage carefully and conscientiously.Dolphin Grand Hotel ’> Hats off to your Team and our Best Wishes to you all!!If you select Dolphin Grand Hotel nothing could go wrong.
