The housekeeping staff were sitting in the room watching reels instead of cleaning. When I asked them, they said the room check-in time is 1 pm, but it was already 11:15 am when I inquired about the room.

The place is unclean. There is no hot water and it is infested with mosquitos. I would advise against staying at this hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Stay:-This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, especially considering the high room tariff being charged.The room was in very poor condition. The curtains were torn and damaged, leaving gaps that allowed light and noise to enter the room. Since the hotel is located right on the main road, there was constant traffic noise throughout the entire night, making it impossible to get proper sleep.The room also had a bad odor from the moment I checked in. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes everywhere and even lizards roaming around the room, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and pest control.The bathroom facilities were equally disappointing. The shower was not working at all, forcing guests to take a bath using a bucket and mug. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging premium rates.The lift was also not working in the morning, causing additional inconvenience. Breakfast was very basic with extremely limited options, and surprisingly, they did not even provide mineral water during breakfast.The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were polite, courteous, and tried their best to help. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot compensate for poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, faulty amenities, and an uncomfortable guest experience.I am genuinely surprised that this property charges such high prices while providing facilities and maintenance standards that fall far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, room maintenance, noise insulation, pest control, and guest amenities.

A very disappointing experience overall, especially given the high cost of the room. The room was in bad shape, with torn curtains that let in light and noise. Being on a busy main road, traffic noise was constant all night, making sleep difficult. There was a foul smell upon arrival, and the presence of mosquitoes and lizards raised serious hygiene concerns. The bathroom was also unsatisfactory; the shower was broken, so guests had to bathe with a bucket and mug, which is unacceptable at this price point. The elevator was out of order in the morning, adding to the inconvenience. Breakfast was minimal with very few choices, and surprisingly, no mineral water was provided. The only good part was the staff, who were polite and helpful, but that alone can't make up for the poor upkeep, cleanliness issues, malfunctioning facilities, and an overall uncomfortable stay. It's surprising this hotel charges so much given the low standards. I wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, noise control, pest management, and guest services.
