We ordered the mixed vegetable curry from the menu, and to our horror, discovered a cockroach in the dish while eating. It was a very unpleasant and disgusting experience. Although the food appeared fine initially, this completely spoiled our meal and appetite. The hygiene standards seem very low. We had to discard the entire dish. This is totally unacceptable, especially for a food-serving establishment. We will not return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

હરિઓમ હોટેલ, દિવમાં મારો અનુભવ ખરાબ રહ્યો. મેં અને મારી ફેમિલીએ 4 રૂમ બુક કર્યા હતા અને રૂ. 27,000 ચૂકવ્યા, પરંતુ હોટેલની સેવા નિરાશાજનક હતી. બુકિંગ વખતે ઘણા ખર્ચ જણાવાયા હતા, છતાં પાણીની બોટલ માટે રૂ. 30 અને ચા-કોફી માટે અલગ ચાર્જ લેવામાં આવ્યા. બિલિંગમાં કોઈ સ્પષ્ટતા નહોતી. રૂમોની સફાઈ ખૂબ જ ખરાબ હતી અને વારંવાર કહેવા છતાં સ્ટાફ 45 મિનિટ સુધી આવ્યો નહીં. રૂમોમાં દારૂની ગંધ હતી, જેને સ્ટાફ ફક્ત સ્પ્રે વડે દૂર કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરતો. હોટેલનું વાતાવરણ પરિવાર માટે અનુકૂળ નહોતું, કારણ કે દારૂ પીધેલા લોકો ઝઘડા કરતા જોવા મળ્યા. જમણવાર પણ સંતોષકારક નહોતું, ઘણી વસ્તુઓ કાચી અને ગુણવત્તા નબળી હતી. સ્વીમીંગ પુલની સ્થિતિ ખરાબ હતી, પાણી ગંદુ અને દારૂ જેવી ગંધ આવતી. પાણી બદલવા માટે સ્ટાફે 24 કલાક લાગશે કહ્યું, જે બેદરકારી લાગી. કુલ મળીને, આ હોટેલ પરિવાર માટે યોગ્ય નથી અને ખર્ચા પ્રમાણે સુવિધાઓ અને સ્વચ્છતા ન મળવી નિરાશાજનક છે.
