Food spread was very bad.Quality of food was not good.Cleanliness was not upto the mark.No hot water was there in the bathroom,inspite of repeated request on the checkout day.Over all I wouldn’t suggest it to others.
Great hotel, great staff, just the kitchen staff could be more flexible. The food menu is extremely limited.
I am very disappointed with my stay at this guest house. The property lacks basic facilities and is not suitable for guests.The issues we faced include:No towels were provided.No hand soap was available.The toilet seat was damaged.The geyser was faulty and not working properly.In addition, between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM, a police team came to the property, disturbed our sleep, and repeatedly knocked on our room door. We were asked to open the door and provide our personal details. This caused significant inconvenience and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.Although breakfast was included in our booking, we chose not to have breakfast at the hotel because of the poor cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and overall unsatisfactory condition of the property.Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this guest house unless these issues are properly addressed. this is thirl calss hotel & may be made for the houryly couple so cops are coming in this hotel to check this hotel
