Hotel Mountain Vibes

Great hotel with excellent service. The staff are very courteous and the food is fantastic. They also assist with bike rentals, taxis, and more.

I stayed here on August 28th. Even though the hotel is somewhat distant from the city center, it is very tranquil and quiet, offering a stunning mountain view. Most importantly, the hotel staff were extremely kind and friendly. We were graciously given an early check-in, free drinks, and the service was excellent during our entire stay. Everything was truly wonderful. Many thanks to all the wonderful hotel staff for making our visit so pleasant. From Vietnam with Love ❤️

To sum it up, the property is decent with adequate rooms and a good location, but the staff truly stands out. Ms. Sonam was especially helpful during and even after our stay. It's really the staff that makes this place special. I would say the staff truly embody the spirit of hospitality. Many thanks to them.
