Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Service was prompt and friendly, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The location is perfect ’ close to major attractions yet peaceful.Only downside was the slow WiFi, which could be improved. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality of the staff made me feel at home. They were always smiling, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. The little touches’like complimentary refreshments and a warm welcome’made the stay extra special. I’ll happily recommend this hotel to friends and family. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We - a group of 30 people- had a lovely stay at Hotel Gawaling. For me, the overall experience was warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views from the property were really nice.All the staff were courteous and helpful ’ from the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone was polite and efficient. Special appreciation goes to the kitchen team. The food was absolutely delicious and felt home-cooked with care. A big thank you to Manju, Varsha, Mamta, Bittu, and Jakesh ’ they were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always served with a smile. Their service made our mealtimes extra enjoyable.One area that could use a bit of improvement is the bathroom maintenance, as there were some leakage issues in certain rooms. Hopefully, that gets addressed soon.Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Hotel Gawaling, for your hospitality!
