Beautiful place. Breakfast was excellent. It would be better if they offered pick-up and drop-off service to the Leh market.

Nice room. Nicer after they upgraded me when my aircon started leaking. Good breakfast. Best part is there is a supermarket in the building.

I spent 9 days here and had an excellent experience! The room was large, cozy, and equipped with up-to-date amenities. I particularly enjoyed the balcony with its stunning views of the snowy mountains. The food was excellent—every dish was tasty. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Upon arriving in Leh, I had some altitude sickness, and the team took great care of me, making me feel safe and well cared for. A big thanks to the wonderful hotel manager Miss Tsering. As a solo female traveler, I really valued her assistance in organizing trustworthy transport to all the sites I wanted to see, including the well-known monasteries, Alchi Monastery, and Pangong Lake. She ensured my trip was smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent too. There's a modern supermarket in the same building—just take the elevator down—and Leh Market is only about a 10-minute walk away. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leh and would gladly stay here again!

We are really enjoying our stay at the hotel. Since we needed a few days to adjust, we stayed inside the hotel the entire time to fully appreciate all its positive aspects.

A clean, friendly, helpful place with nothing too much trouble for the attentive staff. Even altering menus to suit our bland diet requirements.
