When I arrived, I had to wait about 30 minutes just to check in. After settling into my bed, I went to relax in the common area. Upon returning, I discovered someone else was sleeping in the bed assigned to me. I reported this to reception, and the staff acknowledged I was correct. However, when I requested fresh bedding, I was told it wasn't possible because no one was available to change it. Only after I mentioned I would include this in my review did they find someone to remake the bed. I shouldn't have had to threaten a negative review to receive the basic service I expected.

The staff member admitted that I was right, but when I asked for fresh bedding, I was told it wasn’t possible because there was nobody available to change it.Only after I said that I would mention this experience in my review did they suddenly find people to come and redo the bed.I shouldn’t have had to threaten a negative review to get the basic service I was supposed to receive.
