This hotel is ideally located, just a short 5-minute walk from Leh market, which makes moving around extremely convenient. One of the standout aspects is the view-being able to see Leh Palace from the property adds a distinct charm to the stay.The staff was warm, attentive, and proactive in addressing requests. The food deserves a special mention-excellent taste and consistently good quality.A solid choice if you want a centrally located stay with good service and reliable food.

When we entered the room, the bed sheet was not changed, washroom was in a mess like a public bathroom.I regretted my decision immediately.Never never never trust reviews!!!!!When we requested to clean that man was super arrogant, literally throwing things in anger while cleaning.Pathetic experience.

This hostel was, without question, the most disappointing and unprofessional establishment I’ve encountered during my travels. Upon arrival, I was assigned a dormitory that was in deplorable condition - visibly dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned before guest check-in. The smell alone made it impossible to stay for more than a few minutes.I had to upgrade to a private room, expecting at least minimal improvement, but even that room was unhygienic and neglected. It was evident that cleanliness and guest comfort are not priorities here.The staff behavior was equally disappointing. The front desk was frequently unattended, and assistance had to be requested multiple times before anyone responded. When they did, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. One staff member, in particular, was audibly shouting and using inappropriate language in front of guests - a complete lack of decorum and basic hospitality.Overall, this property reflects extremely poor management and zero respect for guests. It’s shocking that such a place operates in a region known for its warmth and hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding this hostel altogether - there are far better, cleaner, and more welcoming options nearby.
