This hotel is beautiful and the breakfast amazing. The staff are great unless you stay in room 201. This room is right next to the cleaning closet. The cleaning staff go in and out of that door and slam it behind them about 50 times a day from 6am to 9pm. I asked several times for them to stop slamming the door. I asked everyone telling them it was disturbing my stay and it never stopped. So I paid 140 usd to be disturbed every 5 minutes by the sound of a door slamming. If this hadnt beem the case I would have highly revommended this hotel. Do not stay in room 201. Im sorry.

My spouse and I recently stayed in Leh and had a wonderful experience overall. The location of the property is excellent, offering beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to help, which made our stay very comfortable.The food was another highlight of our trip. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, with a good variety of options. We especially appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail shown by the team throughout our stay.That said, while the property offers a pleasant and comfortable experience, we felt that the level of luxury could be enhanced considering the price being charged. Some of the rooms and amenities could benefit from upgrades to better match the premium pricing and guests' expectations.Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this property for its excellent location, good food, and friendly staff. With a few improvements in the luxury and premium experience, it could truly be exceptional.
