Good Location, little difficult to find in maps, Good food. Lake is very nearby (2 minutes walk) . Good View from all rooms, Good food. Need more better services like all the time hot water.

Upon arrival, I got a shock at the state of the room (Room 109)- there is only 1 light bulb dangling in the bedroom & another dangling in the toilet- both are controlled by one miserable switch. There are no basic amenities such as hand soap, bath towel & even a simple set of toiletries. There is also no extra toilet paper in the toilet.This property is an absolute scam, how can it possibly be rated 4stars on Agoda, that too with such a hefty price. On Agoda, the room is 5145INR (which is how much I paid), however if you come here direct, 1 room is 1500INR.There is no clear view of Pangong Lake as it is blocked by a few other properties. There are plenty of lovely places to stay at a fraction of the price, with good views of Pangong Lake.The only saving grace is the staff- Kundali & Sunil who are but paid workers. They prepare palatable meals, are pleasant & try to accomodate within their limits to us, the 2 only miserable guests.To be clear, me & my friend were the only 2 guests here & we could not cancel the booking as Agoda had already charged me for the 2 night stay. Many visitors had come here to enquire about available rooms, however after seeing the horrific condition of the rooms they fled after informing us that there are much better stay options not too far away from this property.I was scammed into thinking that this property had an unblocked view and was a good option as it is rated 4stars on Agoda. I have been absolutely cheated and should be refunded.
