From the all trips till date used to think atleast hotels wash the bedsheets and pillow covers but no. I had this recent stay in Heraa inn where when I entered the room the washroom was uncleaned, flush was not working and shit was overflowing there, a vomiting experience when I asked them to change the room they made me wait 1-2 hours and asked me if it is ok to clean the room or change the room. I called them and asked to atleast refund then they changed my room. As no non AC room was available they gave AC room to me but unfortunately again the room was uncleaned as you can see under the bed what we found. Again the bedsheets pillow covers were not good. I thought let's compromise it's just one day but the next day during check out they asked 400 extra for AC room which they never mentioned when they gave us the room. We thought it was just the way they want to apologise but they again made us wait for the remaining money for half an hour. The experience was that bad that now I think for what the hotels charge for when they can't give a clean room and hotel. But for this experience please don't choose atleast this hotel if you maintain your hygiene
The room was spacious and well-maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi and helpful amenities enhancing the overall experience. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things tidy. The staff were friendly and facilities met expectations, contributing to good value for money. The location was convenient, though the bathroom could use some improvements.
