Hotel Imperial Classic

We got the room in a very decent price. Actually just go with the online apps don't call and book they charge 2000 a day. So it's best to book online and save more after applying all the discounts available.About room it was clean and hotel receptionist allowed us to checki in an hour early without any additional charges. If you are looking to stay near main road and want easy access and visits to any place this will be a good spot to stay.Smooth check in smooth check out.

The actual experience did not match what they saw in the pictures, particularly regarding the breakfast.

HOTEL IMPERIAL CLASSIC IS A WORST STAY THERE. I WAS BOOKED DELUXE ROOM. THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL. THE BED ALSO VERY SMALL. WE ARE 2 ADULTS ONE CHILD. HOW CAN WE SLEEP COMFORTABLE IN THAT SMALL DOUBLE BED. IF THEY PROVIDE THE EXTRA BED ALSO I USE IT BEFORE BATHROOM OR BEFORE MAIN DOOR ONLY. I ASK THERE IN PROPERTY THEY TOLD IF YOU WANT WE WILL GIVE SUIT ROOM YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR THAT.BATHROOM VERY WORST TAPS ARE VERY TIGHT. VERY OLD. FLOOR TAILES IN BATH ROOM SLIPPING WHILE USING BATH ROOM.FOR BREAKFAST THEY PROVING TOKEN TO EAT OUT SIDE. TIFIN WAS NOT SUCH GOOD. WE WILL GO OUTSIDE AND EAT.THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED KETTLE FOR HOT WATER ALSO.OVERALL VERY VERY WORST EXPERIENCE THERE IN THAT PROPERTY.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO FAMILIES THIS PROPERTY.THIS IS ROOMS FOR ONLY BATCHELOR AND LOW BUDGET WITH OUT BREAKFAST IS BETTER...VERY WORST EXPERIENCE.. WASTE OF MONEY.. NOT SATISFIED...

I had a smooth and hassle-free experience. The hotel was clean, and most tourist places were nearby. Check-in and check-out were easy, the room was exactly as expected, all promised amenities were available, and there were no hidden charges. Overall, a great trip.

Everything is conveniently located nearby, such as Bawarchi, Odeon Mall, the Metro, etc.Room are neat and clean.However, I did not like the night-shift receptionist. He was not helpful. As we were on a family vacation and used to leave the room before 9 AM, he told us that the room-cleaning time is only between 10 AM and 5 PM. He said that if we did not hand over the room keys, no cleaning service would be provided.Also, the listing mentions that parking is available, but we had to park on the road. The Chinese Corner restaurant staff do not allow parking in front of their restaurant. The hotel has only one car parking spot in front of the stairs, and even that was occupied by bikes. When we asked the night-shift receptionist to request the bike owners to move their bikes (as the bike handles were locked), he refused to help.We then asked the morning-shift receptionist (senior citizen uncle), and he actually came downstairs and helped us lift the bike even though he is a senior citizen. We later requested him to call the room-service staff because lifting the bike could affect his health.I really appreciate the morning-shift receptionist uncle. He is very helpful and kind.
