Hotel Madery

I stayed at this hotel in Mangalore and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. I only needed the room for a short period from about 5:00–5:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. just to rest for a few hours. Despite that, they charged me ₹2,000, which was non-refundable. I regret not inspecting the room before booking. The room was very small and filthy—the dirtiest I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was in poor shape and had a strong, unpleasant odor, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The pillows were of very low quality, and it seemed like the pillow covers hadn't been changed. We couldn't sleep comfortably and had to cover the pillows with our own clothes just to get some rest since we had no other choice at that early hour. Paying ₹2,000 for this was totally unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Even basic railway station facilities would be cleaner and more comfortable. This was one of my worst booking decisions ever. Please make sure to check the room condition before paying.

The lodge is on the 1st floor. There is no lift. We were in non-ac room no. 106.The TV was not working. No set-top box was available. We could hear people talking in the next room.

The rooms were the worst I've ever experienced. The service was terrible and the staff were very disappointing. The TV didn't work, we discovered bed bugs and cockroaches, the bed was damaged, and the staff acted very rudely. The toilet and bathroom were the filthiest I've ever encountered. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
