Worst Hotel ever i have been seen my life. My room is not upto the mark.Bed sheet & blanket are very poor quality & not wash nicely ,smell from blanket also. wash room was very pathetic condition. Cockroach were found in the room,Even on the 2nd day we are not given complimentary water. I inform to the hotel receptionist , they not care any of my issueI.I try to contact the manager, unfortunately the receptionist tells me that the manager is not available all day .Manager should give the more attention to rectify the same. Only location of the hotel is really good closer the beach.

Had a great stay at Hotel Mahek, New Digha. The hotel is very close to the beach, and you can actually enjoy a nice sea view from the common balcony. The food was really good, and room service was prompt and polite.All the staff were gentle and well-behaved ’ not a single instance of misbehavior. The room rates are reasonable and offer good value for money. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The toilet was clean and moderately maintained.Overall, a pleasant experience. Would recommend for a peaceful and budget-friendly beachside stay!

Disappointing Stay Experience

One of the worst hotels!! Misbehaving staff!! Rooms are not clean, food is okayish.. slightly on the expensive side.We lodged into the hotel at noon. Stayed the entire day... Stayed the next day till the evening AND paid 2 days worth of rent!BUT.. the audacity of these people... We said we'd leave the rooms by 6 in the evening... But the train got delayed by 2 hours.. so we left at 8 instead, Although we paid enough to stay till the next noon (2 full days).These people had the audacity to ask for "extra charges" for 2 extra hours!! They started yelling, fighting, going live on Facebook and telling lies..Definitely a hectic experience..If you've read this review.. trust me.. never go to Hotel MAHEK!
