Hotel Malika Residency

I'm writing this review even without visiting or staying at this hotel, just to appreciate manager Mr Anand and front office staff Mr Shifas. I made a reservation for two nights and paid an advance for one night while i was en route to ettumanur. Unfortunately an hour after I made the booking my car had a breakdown forcing me to cancel the journey. I informed Mr Shifas that I wouldn't be able to make it and requested a refund of the advance. He was understanding of my situation and promised to get back to me after checking with management. I didn't think anything was going to happen and that my request would be forgotten. But to my surprise manager Mr Anand called me late in the evening to say that he had seen the request, approved it and that my advance would be refunded the next day. And true to his word he got back to me 24 hrs later, not only to ensure the refund but also to confirm that I received it. In a world where we need multiple calls with customer service to resolve such simple issues, I was so happy to deal with such an honest straightforward business and its employees. I will ensure I stay with them at least once during a future visit to the temple. Thank you once again!

I stayed here one day before my wedding. We found a good offer online and booked three double-bed deluxe A/C rooms. It’s better to book online rather than directly at the hotel, as there are often special discounts available.There were 2’3 chocolate boxes in the room, along with a small fridge stocked with beer and soft drinks. Tea bags, milk powder, water bottles, and an electric kettle for making tea were provided. A hair dryer was also available. Room service for food and drinks is offered as well.The hotel also has an attached bar and restaurant where you can dine conveniently.There is a good bakery opposite the hotel where you can enjoy hot tea and snacks, as tea and snacks are not available in the hotel’s restaurant.This is a 3-star hotel. Bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and other basic toiletries were also provided.

Room and atmosphere was awesome...Staff was also nice.
