Had a very pleasant stay at Treebo Mayur, Mall Road, Mussoorie. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.A special mention to Kailash RawatJi, whose hospitality made the experience even better. He kindly permitted an early check-in, guided us regarding the bus stand, and provided useful directions for nearby tourist attractions. His behavior was friendly and respectful.The hotel's location is convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff ensured a smooth and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mussoorie.Thank you, Mr. Kailash Rawat and the entire Treebo Mayur team, for the wonderful hospitality.

Stayed in Room 103 from 23rd to 26th May 2026 with my family, including my 7-year-old son. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience compared to other hotel stays I have had in the past.The main door lock was loose and felt unsafe ’ it seemed like it could fall off at any time, which was a genuine security concern. The TV had no active recharge; when I called reception, a staff member came, photographed the setup box, and told me to wait 15 minutes. The TV was never fixed for the entire duration of our stay, despite multiple requests. My son was particularly looking forward to watching television, so this was especially disappointing.The power socket next to the bed was non-functional, and the tea kettle, though working, was damaged. Housekeeping was called once for room cleaning but no one came. The issue was only resolved after I personally escalated it to the owner the next day.Breakfast was included but the service was extremely slow ’ guests had to wait a long time for refills, which made the mornings frustrating.The property has potential, but the maintenance, housekeeping responsiveness, and staff follow-through need significant improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as basic amenities and safety should not be left unresolved during a guest's stay.

Checked into Treebo Mayur Hotel in April and my experience was very good. The price for the stay is definitely worth it. The staff were very helpful, and the chef was excellent ’ they followed instructions perfectly and prepared baby food on time, which was a huge help. Rooms were clean and had heaters inside, plus WiFi is available. They also offer a free breakfast buffet every day from 8 AM to 10 AM. The view from the hotel is really awesome, with clear views of the hill station. Highly recommend this place.

Location is amazing. There is a scope to work on the rooms. We got a used room. We got the same changed got the washroom cleaning done again. But the desk person was very very good. He helped us a lot to guide on where we should go. Overall om ok stay to spend a night to experience the Mall road.

Just the location is good. Else, the rooms need to change their mattress, cleanliness is low, breakfast hardly has any options plus waiting for long for the puris to arrive and lot of confusion. Sluggish service.
