Location is amazing. There is a scope to work on the rooms. We got a used room. We got the same changed got the washroom cleaning done again. But the desk person was very very good. He helped us a lot to guide on where we should go. Overall om ok stay to spend a night to experience the Mall road.

Just the location is good. Else, the rooms need to change their mattress, cleanliness is low, breakfast hardly has any options plus waiting for long for the puris to arrive and lot of confusion. Sluggish service.

This property is on road approach is good. Valley facing plenty of sun and fresh air . Parking is a issue you need to pay extra at distance parking . Food was fine . Staff coopretive. Best part is its on entry mall road .

We went there on 14th Dec 2025, for a holiday with my parents. The only grt things are food and location.Basic ’’’’’’’’ ’’ ’’’’ ’’ ’’’’ ’’ ’’’’’ , senior citizens ’’ ’’’’ ’’’’’’ ’’’ ’’’’ ’’’’’’’ ’’’’ ’’’ ’’’’ ’’ TV ’’’ ’’ breakfast/ food area ’’’ ’’ ’’’’ ’’’’ ’’’ ’’ TV ’’ ’’ ’’’ ’’’ ’’’’ ’’’’ ’’. The only saving graces are food and location. There is no lift facility, I came with senior citizens( my parents).The staff-only receptionist was a bit rude rest are ok.They should maintain more hygiene as our room wasn't cleant before we came. They didn't provide us slim blankets also since my personal preference is that. They have ltd options for breakfast. Should include Lactose free milk options by Milky Mist for Lactose intolerant people like me and others also. I'd suggest they keep more options like juices and smoothies also. The TV is kept at the entrance which is very irritating and loud music/ noise comes from there, it's not good for people who want a night' s peaceful sleep. Overall it's just avg if u want to visit Musurie book another hotel.Food-9/10( We had breakfast)Tea -:5/10( Sugar free)Room service- 10/10Hygiene-4/10Location-9/10I have written the review 2 in hindi and eng.
