Couple • India • Oct 2026My mother and her group of about 40 Sri Lankan government officials stayed at this hotel two weeks ago. Nearly everyone in the group suffered from severe diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. Even three weeks after returning to Sri Lanka, one person was still on IV antibiotics with a CRP around 300. What worries me more is seeing several recent reviews from other guests mentioning similar illnesses. This raises serious doubts about the hotel's food, water, and hygiene standards. I strongly urge the hotel management to address this issue seriously and carry out a thorough investigation to prevent future guests from facing similar health risks.
