My stay was fantastic! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-kept. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Checking in and out was hassle-free, and the hospitality went beyond what I expected. The food tasted great, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. The room maintenance was very poor. They charged 20k for 2 nights without any amenities. The washrooms were unhygienic with dirty mats, and both the shower and tap running simultaneously causing water to splash on the walls. The old wiper looked like it had never been replaced, with the rubber part covered in black dust. The TV was not working, electrical outlets were faulty and replaced with an extension cord, and there was an old pedestal fan with only one working button. The window mesh was fixed with tape, and the WiFi wouldn't connect. Overall, it was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money, worse than a 2-star hotel.

The place matched the photos perfectly.. we stayed in the yellow and Orange room for 2 nights. The room is perfect for single occupancy. The place & rooms were well maintained. We were greeted by the hotel Manager Mr. Nitin who was helpful and managed things well around there along with helper , Rekha. The absolute best highlight was the garden/ courtyard just at the entrance. We were spell bound by surreal sunset view from the courtyard, which was and will remain an unforgettable memory in addition to the customized scrumptious meal prepared by Mukesh, kedar and Vikas. All in all a definite recommend to all those wanting a quiet, peaceful stay in the heart of the city yet cozy and secluded.
