The hotel is nice and the staff is good but facilities could be better
STAY AWAY! VERY UNSAFE FOR WOMEN! My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The room was on the ground floor with a broken window lock. Anyone could easily come inside, but the hotel staff completely ignored our safety complaints. The staff was extremely creepy and disrespectful. The receptionist (Surender) and cab drivers kept staring at us and making bad comments. Surender even stood right outside our window and kept looking into our room until 3:00 AM. On top of this, the room was very dirty and unhygienic. This hotel is not safe for girls or women at all. Do not book it!
The hotel is good as per price the only backdrop is that it is little far from mall road if you would go by walking there is also a cliff walk to reach to the hotel. I had bike to it wasn't problem for me but for elder people it may cause problems . Apart from that the property is in quite peaceful environment you can see valley if you have booked the balcony room but if not you can still enjoy the view by standing outside the hotel
