Porters from the local Union are only authorized to carry your Luggage, the hotel concierge cannot get the luggage to the hotel. Taxis ( Yellow Number Plate ) are not allowed inside the mall road.
Vehicular access to Mall Road is restricted as per local government regulations. - Private vehicles are not permitted on Mall Road from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM; guests are advised to arrive before this window. - Commercial vehicles (yellow number plates) are prohibited on Mall Road at all times. - Guests arriving by commercial vehicle can be dropped at the Mall Road entrance (100 meters from the hotel pickup point near green vegetarian restaurant / canara bank towards picture palace & Ambedkar chowk towards library chowk side) and may use local porter services for luggage. - Hotels are not allowed to transport luggage through Mall Road, in support of local regulations.
