Country Inn Premier Pacific Mall Road Mussoorie

Location is not that good with respect to reachability. View wise it is awesome. If you are going via private taxi then they will ask you to get down at Mall Road entrance. Then from there walk 100 meters with your luggage and from there hotel pickup will come. Rickshaw is there even for that 100 meters so that should be Okay.

My recent stay was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the lack of professionalism across multiple departments—from the front office to housekeeping and even the driver.We had booked two Mountain View category rooms. However, upon entering, it was immediately evident that the rooms had not been properly prepared. The duvet covers, bed linens, and pillowcases had visible stains, giving the impression that they had not been changed after the previous guests.Additionally, the maintenance issues were unacceptable. In one room, the wash basin was cracked, while in the other, water was leaking from the pipe beneath the basin, causing the entire bathroom to flood and become unusable.When we raised these concerns and requested a room change, the front desk staff were uncooperative and unwilling to address the situation appropriately. Their response lacked both empathy and basic customer service standards.Furthermore, the reservation (sales) team demonstrated poor handling of customer queries, reflecting an apparent absence of clear standard operating procedures—something that is especially concerning for a hotel operating in a major tourist destination like Mussoorie.Another major concern was the insistence on payments exclusively via NEFT transfer. This approach feels unreliable and raises serious questions about transparency and trust.A option of UPI, Card Payments or pay at Hotel are a basics in todays world.Based on this experience, I would strongly advise future travelers to exercise caution before booking here. There are several other hotels in Mussoorie that offer better service, greater professionalism, and more convenient booking options at comparable or better value.They are not at all a country Inn group of hotels so don't get into the trap and book them.

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel bathroom was untidy and slippery. I slipped twice in the bathroom and got injured. Food was also very bad in taste as if it is made with some very bad quality oil. It was not expected from such a big hotel chain like country inn. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone or will stay here again.

Country inn pacific hotel location is best ..staff was co-operative .hotel management was good .the view from. Restaurant is awesome
