I came with my family to celebrate my parents 25th anniversary. The stay was amazing, staff was incredibly welcoming and the food quality was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Recently, I had a two day stay at Pride Aashiyana, and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience, crowd, and hospitality were all on point. Parking space was conveniently available, and the location was easily traceable as it is situated on the main Mall Road.The buffet offered a good variety of options, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a very safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay.

’ 1/5 ’ Decent rooms, poor service and weak managementThe rooms were decent, which is the only reason for giving one star. Unfortunately, everything else failed to meet even basic hospitality standards.The service was poorly managed. Staff lacked professionalism, had no sense of guest handling, and responses to requests were either delayed or ignored. It genuinely felt like there is no proper management system in place.Food quality was below average and not worth the price charged. There was no consistency in taste or presentation, and hygiene standards did not inspire confidence.This feedback is meant especially for the management:A hotel cannot survive on rooms alone. Service culture, staff training, and food quality are equally important. Until these areas are taken seriously, this property cannot be recommended.Future guests should consider other options unless major improvements are made.

We recently visited mussorie in end November and stayed for 2 days in PRIDE ASHIYANA RESORT. The experience was awesome from start to finish. We checked in a bit late around evening time , and the hotel staffs are really very polite and proactive. The room provided to us was really good with a very beautiful scenic beauty. The food offered was really great and tasty and the ghos thing is that it was served hot and fresh. Must recommend people if visiting mussorie should stay in this property.
