Recently stayed here with family and booked 2 executive rooms. The food was generally average. Room service was not up to the price paid; we had to call multiple times for assistance. Upon check-in, the room had a very unpleasant odor. We waited 2 hours just to get a room freshener, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars, while my wife gives it 2 stars.
