Zone Connect by The Park Mussoorie

I booked 7 rooms and all the rooms are pathetic. Bed bugs, termites, unhygienic and smelly. They just got their ’by the park’ title a month ago. It just an old hotel. There is no view. All images are fake. All the guest stayed there faced the same problem. We all did the pre-booking just because of the name but got scammed. Those who didn’t pre-booked, came, saw the rooms and left asap. One can ask any shuttle service about this.Hotel manager Sarthak does not provide any assistance. They don’t follow any hotel guidelines.It’s a shame that park don’t keep check on their hotel. Most of the positive review I think is given by their own people and friends. Just ask anyone in the mall road about their hotel and they will say the same thing.People who want to enjoy bed bugs with pathetic rooms should stay.

Great Location and Service, but Let Down by Room MaintenanceWe stayed here for two days that is from 9th May to 11th May 2026Ratings:’ Room View & Layout: 2/5’ Food: 3/5’ Room Service: 3/5’ Proximity to Mall Road: 5/5’ Property Accessibility: 2/5We had a mixed experience during our recent stay.To start with the positives, the location is unbeatable if you want to be near Mall Road. The dining staff, particularly Vinod and Nisha, were exceptional’humble, attentive, and very professional.While the standard dinner menu felt a bit heavy, the chef went out of his way to prepare a wonderful, authentic Pahadi meal for us on request.However, we faced significant issues with our "Luxury Category" room. Upon check-in, there was an unbearable and prominent odor that extended into the corridor. Despite the property manager’s (Mr Ashish) best efforts to resolve this with room sprays and air fresheners throughout our stay, the smell persisted.Additionally, guests should be aware of the "approach" to the hotel. Since it is located on Mall Road, there are strict timing restrictions for four-wheelers. We found it easier to park our car and rent a scooter for the duration of the trip.Overall, while the hospitality and location are highlights, the maintenance issues in a luxury-tier room were disappointing. Every request was handled quickly, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing.The food deserves a special mention ’ every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently excellent.Overall, a fantastic experience combining great views, top-notch service, and amazing food.
