The Fern Brentwood Resort Mussoorie, Series by Marriott

Had a wonderful stay at The Fern Brentwood, Mussoorie. The property is calm, comfortable, and perfectly located to enjoy the charm of the hills. What truly stood out was the hospitality, a special thanks to Mr. Udit Kumar for being extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. His warmth and professionalism really made the experience memorable. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful Mussoorie getaway.

Sharing the very first experience at the reception here, we called before hand and checked if the property was pet friendly they said yes but did not inform us that the pet would be allowed only in few categories. We are a family if 4 and wanted to take a family suit which is why we came here for, but upon reaching they refused to give us the family suit and said that pets are only allowed in basic category room. We were ready to pay an amount of 40k for the suit but we were forced to take 7k/- category room, (even in that we were not given the room of our choice)And we also ensured the pet is well mannered and trained will not litter or dirty the room we were also ready to pay extra amount or security but they were not ready to listen.We have stayed here before and had a good experience thats the reason we ce back but if you are getting your pet dont expect the same treatment, its not pet ’friendly’ just allows your fur baby to stay with you in low category rooms.Will definitely post another feedback regarding the stay.

It was great from the time we entered ( the Christmas decoration was amazing) till the moment we left. We were made to feel so welcome , warm and comfortable. We were met by Akanksha who, did her very best and was very professional and friendly. Another staff Marry and an elderly man, sorry I dont remember his name were also very friendly. They made sure to do what we requested for,. The house keeping team did their best to keep the room fresh and clean. We were on our holiday trip to India after a long time, my husband studied in Mussoorie and me in Dehradun. Our visit to Brentwood was the icing on the cake. Very memorable, will surely go back.

An Unforgettable Stay in Mussoorie ’ Exceptional Hospitality & Views!’I recently stayed at The Fern Brentwood and had an absolute wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch, making us feel completely at home in the beautiful hills of Mussoorie.’The views from the property are breathtaking, especially in the evening. the vibe during High Tea, watching the mountains while the sun is setting.’A massive highlight for me was the food. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety, but I have to give a special shout-out to Chef Rakesh Singh. His culinary skills really elevated our stay, and the effort he put into the meals was evident in every bite.’Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!

Loved the stay! The food was absolutely amazing. The chef, Mr. Dhanveer, personally came over to understand our taste and preferences, which made the experience even more special. Every dish was spot on ’ so flavourful and perfectly prepared. The stay was just as wonderful, super comfortable and welcoming.Truly a memorable experience. Kudos to the entire team! ’’’
