The Fern Brentwood Resort Mussoorie, Series by Marriott

Attention Mr. Arindam Bahel, my stay at The Fern Brentwood Mussoorie was very disappointing. I was assured a discount before booking, but after my stay, the discount was denied at checkout. Even after raising this with the manager, Arindam Bahel, the prior promise was not fulfilled. The situation worsened when the manager spoke to me unprofessionally and used offensive language, which is unacceptable and damages the hotel's reputation. Additionally, the hotel seemed understaffed, causing slow service and a poor guest experience. Given the price paid, the service quality was unsatisfactory and not worth the cost. I also got a UPI payment request from someone claiming to be from the hotel for advance booking, which made me question the payment verification process. Guests should confirm payment details directly with the hotel's official contacts before sending money. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, transparency, and good customer care. Based on this, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Fern Brentwood was fantastic. The hospitality stood out, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed. Kanika responded quickly to all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we got special care at checkout. Sanjana was very attentive to my dietary needs, working with the chef to prepare appropriate meals and even arranged special snacks for me during high tea, which was very thoughtful. We felt completely at home during our visit. Many thanks and kudos to the whole Fern Brentwood team for their excellent service. Everything was flawless, and we can't wait to come back.

Great spot for visiting Mussoorie Mall Road, only a short walk away. The high tea was enjoyable, though the breakfast could use some improvement.

I had a fantastic stay and would strongly suggest this hotel due to its great location, outstanding service, cozy rooms, and unforgettable scenery.
