The experience and service from the staff were outstanding. The entire atmosphere was fantastic. I have no complaints about the services or room cleanliness. The rooms were tidy, and I had a wonderful time here. I highly recommend visiting this place to enjoy the hill views right from your room. Truly excellent.

Had a very poor experience at this place. Breakfast was not served at the promised time. No apologies were offered, so we had to leave without breakfast as it wasn't ready even by 9 AM. On the morning of July 19th, there was no water available for bathing or toilet use. I informed the hotel receptionist who is also the manager, but he did nothing about it.
