LaRiSa Resort, Mussoorie

Extremely disappointing stay. The towels were ripped, the TV didn't work, and the staff took a whole hour to prepare the room at check-in. The service felt very unprofessional. The food was unpleasant with a strange smell and flavor. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, it was never served. To make things worse, the manager, Vikram, insisted we pay for breakfast that we never received. The management is poor, the staff unprofessional, and the service unacceptable. This was not the experience I anticipated, and I would not suggest staying here.

We recently spent time at Larisa Hotel in Mussoorie and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully constructed, featuring a spacious garden and well-kept surroundings. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very pleasant. The staff deserves special recognition for being extremely friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our visit. They were always ready to assist us and truly worked to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food served at the hotel was also excellent, enhancing our overall experience. What stood out even more was their service after our stay; I left my headphones behind, and the staff quickly found them and arranged to send them back to me. I really value their honesty, quick response, and eagerness to assist. In summary, we had a wonderful and very comfortable stay with a beautiful property, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend Larisa Hotel, Mussoorie!

The property, location, rooms, food, service, and staff were all perfect, just as expected.

This is the worst place to stay, very isolated. No service at all. Maggie costs 800 for two plates, and buttermilk is 600 for two glasses. There are no amenities, and the rooms are very small. Believe me, don't trust the pictures; the reality is nothing like them. Mall road is actually 40 minutes away, not 10 as they claim. The electricity kept going out. Also, don't rely on paid reviews—you'll regret it later.

This place is wonderful to stay at. It offers a distinctive charm that creates a serene and soothing atmosphere. The architecture reflects a lovely British-era style, giving the whole property an elegant and character-rich appearance. I sampled the pizza, which was just okay, but the restaurant was very luxurious with a fantastic ambiance. All in all, I would certainly suggest this place for both accommodation and the overall experience.
