Had a pleasant stay with staff who were very professional and courteous.

I booked a room at Mall Road, but it was very dirty—curtains were stained, lights didn't work, paint was peeling off completely, and the TV was broken. Booking their executive club room seemed pointless, and there was no one to address these issues as the staff appeared clueless.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing throughout. The room wasn't cleaned well, and many amenities were missing or didn't work properly. The staff acted unprofessionally and were slow to address requests and complaints. The cleanliness, upkeep, and service quality were much worse than what was advertised. The food was mediocre, and the facilities didn't match the cost. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and stressful, leaving me with a bad impression. I had higher expectations for hospitality and wouldn't suggest this place based on my experience.

Our stay at PerfectStayz Westend, Mussoorie was fantastic. The hotel is ideally situated near Mall Road but still quiet enough for relaxation. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept, offering stunning views of the mountains. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our visit smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the overall hospitality made us feel very welcome during our trip. We particularly loved exploring Mussoorie and Landour, and returning to a comfortable hotel each night enhanced the experience. I would certainly suggest PerfectStayz Westend to families and anyone seeking a pleasant stay in Mussoorie. Eager to come back again.
