Hotel Mussoorie Heights

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. We arrived early and asked politely if we could check in early, knowing it depended on room availability. Instead of basic politeness, the staff refused to even let us use the restroom while waiting. They kept postponing our room assignment without clear reasons or updates. There was no hospitality, no kindness, and no attempt to make guests feel comfortable. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and let us down. Hospitality begins with how guests are treated, and this hotel failed at the simplest level. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone seeking respectful service or an enjoyable stay.

Staying at Hotel Mussoorie Heights was a wonderful experience; the rooms, services, and window views were all excellent. Although the location is somewhat remote, you won't find such peaceful surroundings and views at hotels on Mall Road or elsewhere. They offer pick-up and drop-off to Mall Road, and you can rent a scooty from them. I can't comment on the food since I didn't try it.
