Hotel Deep

Rooms are very dirty, kids keep roaming around. It looks good only from outside. There is no parking, and at night when the power goes out, the light takes a long time to come back. So terrible.

The rooms, bedsheets, and pillows were unclean. The staff's behavior was quite bad. The rooms do not live up to the hype. I would not suggest staying here.

Avoid if possible. Not worth the price.

I stayed at Deep Hotel, Mussoorie, for one night with my family. We had booked two rooms for four adults and two children and travelled to Mussoorie in our own car.At the time of check-in, the owner informed us that the hotel had limited parking space and therefore requested that we leave our car keys at the reception desk so that the staff could move and park the vehicle as per the available parking arrangement. Trusting the hotel management, I handed over my car keys at the reception.After checking out the next day and reaching Delhi, I discovered that one of my expensive perfume bottles, which had been kept inside my car, was missing. Since the only time I had handed over access to my vehicle was during my stay at the hotel, I immediately contacted the owner and informed him about the incident.Unfortunately, instead of assuring me that the matter would be looked into or that enquiries would be made with the staff and drivers who had access to the vehicle, the owner outright denied any possibility of involvement by his staff, stating that they had been working with him for a long time. No meaningful effort was made to investigate the issue or address my concern.I am not making any direct allegations against any individual, but I believe fellow travellers should be aware of my experience. If you are planning to stay at this hotel and are required to hand over your vehicle keys, I strongly recommend that you carefully check and secure all valuables kept inside your car before doing so. It is also advisable to verify your belongings before leaving the hotel premises.This review is based solely on my personal experience and is intended to help other travellers exercise caution.

If you stay here and must hand over your car keys, I strongly suggest you carefully check and secure valuables inside your car before doing so and verify your belongings before leaving the hotel.
