Hotel Himalayan Heaven - A Most Luxury & Best Mountain View Hotel In Mussoorie By lilly

Not very soothing experience we had here in Hotel . Would like to highlight key points here :-1) Hotels location is good , You can find it on the way to mussorie , close by mall road , easy accessible , no traffic . 2) Not good for family stay at all , rooms are very tiny & congested . Rooms with balcony are opening towards valley but seems like entire garbage of hotels are getting dumped there so you will always face smell & biggest mosquitos of the city . Frankly ,view from balcony which you should definitely avoid. non balcony rooms are enclosed & no window, no exhaust /ventilation system available . Entire corridors are smelly & rooms are suffocating even with Fans . Washrooms window is opening in same corridor through which you will enter in your room .3) Appreciation to hotel management for right angled images clicked so rooms can look bigger , beautiful & worth staying . 4) Never order food here(Strict Warning ). 3 categories of bad food :- no cooked, bad cooked & bad ingredients . It was mixed of all 3 . They can't even make mix veg .5) Dogs roaming around your corridor & sometime next to your rooms even in night , Eating in the same plate which you used few minutes back Seeing that i haven't even ordered breakfast for my toddler . 6) Irrespective of your booked room category, they will try to adjust you in different rooms even in different hotel. 7) Wifi, TV, Towel etc , I don't even want to mention .

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. We Paid 4k+ for 2 nights which seems total wastage. No cleanliness, no maintenance and they don't even have a room service telephone. They've named it wrong, it's Himalayan Haven actually. The staff is not even professional, it looks like a family is running this homestay and charging people on the name of so called most luxury by view hotel. On the name of view, it's just garbage and fogg you see from balcony. Go for offline booking, you'll get better options near Mall road or Library Chowk instead in lesser price.
