This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. Essential hotel amenities were missing, and the room was very uncomfortable, even feeling more frightening than inviting. The main issue was the management's careless approach to the door-lock system. The doors lock automatically, and if there's a problem with the lock, instead of taking responsibility and assisting guests properly, they ask for extra fees to open or fix it. It's absurd to pay for a room and then be charged extra due to a fault in the hotel's own lock system. A professional hotel should ensure basic safety, working locks, and proper guest support—not use these issues to charge additional fees. The management needs to upgrade its facilities, maintenance, and especially how it addresses guest safety and complaints. Poor facilities, bad management, and unfair extra charges make this a total waste of money. I do not recommend this hotel and advise checking recent reviews thoroughly before booking.
