I had a pleasant and comfortable experience at Palm Aryan, Mussoorie. The hotel provides stunning hill views, and the rooms were tidy, roomy, and well-kept. The staff was courteous, accommodating, and always willing to help with any needs. The location is tranquil and perfect for a relaxing break, yet still conveniently close to major attractions. The food was delicious, though the breakfast selection could use a few more choices. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you want comfort, beautiful scenery, and friendly service. I would certainly consider returning.

Getting to this hotel is very difficult; only a skilled driver can manage the route. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but problems begin at the entrance. The floor layout is confusing regarding where the rooms are located. I booked three rooms, which ended up being on two separate floors. For example, Room 104 was on the second floor, while Rooms 303 and 304 were on the ground floor. The Deluxe rooms appear nice but have sticky floors that make it uncomfortable to walk without shoes, and the window faces a large wall with no ventilation. The floor mats are dirty and smell bad. The floor where the rooms are located has a strong unpleasant odor like a public restroom. Water constantly drips from the bathroom sink. The staff is helpful, but the manager is rude. Booking through Agoda feels like a scam between them. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had.
