Hotel Sun Village by Palm Aryan

One of the finest family vacations I've experienced so far! ❤️ Initially, I planned to stay just one night, but the stay was so enjoyable that we extended it to two nights. This was my third time visiting the resort, and each visit at different times has been consistently fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the place is spotless, the views are stunning, the accommodations are cozy, and the overall hospitality is excellent. Receiving a complimentary upgrade was a delightful surprise that made the visit even more memorable. It's an ideal spot for a family retreat, with swings and activities for children, ensuring everyone has a great time. The staff's warm hospitality and personal care leave a lasting impression. The only aspect that could be improved is the food quality, which doesn't quite match the excellence of everything else. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. Having visited three times already, I look forward to many more stays, each creating cherished memories. ❤️ I highly recommend it for a tranquil and unforgettable family holiday!

Fantastic

I had a pleasant and comfortable experience at Palm Aryan, Mussoorie. The hotel provides stunning hill views, and the rooms were tidy, roomy, and well-kept. The staff was courteous, accommodating, and always willing to help with any needs. The location is tranquil and perfect for a relaxing break, yet still conveniently close to major attractions. The food was delicious, though the breakfast selection could use a few more choices. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you want comfort, beautiful scenery, and friendly service. I would certainly consider returning.

Hotel Staff has a behaviour issue they are really don’t know what is the hospitality even I am seeing while cleaning they never change bad sheet pillows cover in front of me they were doing this so how can we thought they prepare healthy food Front office not responding if you made booking through online they will not give you proper hospitality location is wow rest of all not up to the mark

Getting to this hotel is very difficult; only a skilled driver can manage the route. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but problems begin at the entrance. The floor layout is confusing regarding where the rooms are located. I booked three rooms, which ended up being on two separate floors. For example, Room 104 was on the second floor, while Rooms 303 and 304 were on the ground floor. The Deluxe rooms appear nice but have sticky floors that make it uncomfortable to walk without shoes, and the window faces a large wall with no ventilation. The floor mats are dirty and smell bad. The floor where the rooms are located has a strong unpleasant odor like a public restroom. Water constantly drips from the bathroom sink. The staff is helpful, but the manager is rude. Booking through Agoda feels like a scam between them. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had.
