Don’t fall for AI generated pictures posted by Hotel. In reality, the rooms are shady, very bad smell in room and lift, hygiene issues, water dripping issue in balcony and very small bathroom . Property in reality is very old.I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Everything else is fine, but the night staff at the hotel lacks proper customer service skills. We shouldn't have to endure rude behavior or disrespect. When we inquired about our food, the response was "kaccha thodi denge." The pizza was undercooked, and when we questioned it, the reply was, "aap batado kaisa hota h toh." Overall, everything is great except for the night service, which is really poor.

The hotel owner is very helpful.

The location of this property is its greatest advantage. It is charming and tranquil, perfect for couples and groups of friends. The rooms were comfortable with basic amenities, making it less suitable for children. The food was mediocre with a limited selection. Overall, the experience was average, though I had hoped for more given the above-average prices.

I wish I could give zero stars... I booked 2 rooms and tried to reach the hotel staff member Pradeep, but he didn't answer my calls for 3 hours after 12. When I asked for a refund, he was stubborn and justified not answering my calls, wasting my holiday time. It was a very disappointing experience overall. I was with my family, and it was completely embarrassing. My advice is to book a hotel with better service.
