My experience at MG Regency, Baddi was extremely disappointing. The management, especially Mr. Lalit Thakur, lacks basic customer communication skills and professionalism. Guests are not treated with respect, and the overall hospitality standards are far below expectations.The level of cooperation and customer service was poor, making the stay highly unpleasant. I felt insulted rather than welcomed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to others.Rating: 0/5A very bad experience overall.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was a disaster. The service was nonexistent, and the staff was incredibly rude.
