Hotel O by OYO Chandigarh Highway Near Prabhat Road

Rooms were literally like prison cells the wall had cracks. The washrooms were so disgusting it made me disgusted. The Jet sprays in the toilet weren't working properly. The rooms were false advertised as per the pictures given.

After 9 PM street goes in dark no light lamp, services are poor because electricity cut in every 2 hour and they don't have backup, rooms are very dirty, toilet are not cleaned black fungs are there. Badsheet is used and feel like not cleaned many more years. Even bulbs are not available in washroom and wall putty are laying from the wall. Many complaints are there. Support staff are not professional also.

It takes courage to stay one night in this pathetic hotel, the rooms are dirty , foul smells are coming from bathroom, no maintenance nothing , I booked from OYO and it was costed 1000 rupees and i am utterly disappointed to see the service and room condition of this hotel. The worst part is that stools are floating in toilet. When i complained the staff behaviour is something that this such thing is usual for them. Bathroom condition is pathetic ’’’’. There are multiple stains of foods in bed sheet. There is no safety , there is no lock in one room, one window is open totally ,it was a nightmare for me to stay there. I will never go there and will not suggest anyone to stay there
