Misleading & Mistake of hotel staff

Dear Agoda team, when you and your listed hotels confirm a booking, surely you check the specific availability and options requested by the client—or do you just operate blindly? My name is Nikhil, and I booked two rooms at Hotel Ginger, Zirakpur (Chandigarh/Punjab). I had selected two specific options via the Agoda app filters: early check-in (between 10:00 and 11:00 AM) and smoking rooms. Agoda should have displayed only those hotels that met these criteria. Neither the AC nor the Wi-Fi in the rooms was working properly; although the receptionist answered every call, nothing was actually resolved. A waiter came and said, "I'll fix it in 5 minutes, sir," but he never returned. If Hotel Ginger’s policy didn't cover these requests, did they fail to read the client's demands? Or is it your policy to ruin people's trips? These details could have been verified before payment; I had previously booked through Agoda in Jaipur, where the staff checked everything with the reception beforehand. So, either we and the Agoda team are ignorant, or the hotel staff are. If you are capable of reading hotel policies, you should also learn to pay attention to our demands instead of ignoring them. You have ruined our trip like this; please do not do the same to anyone else. I earnestly request this.
