The hotel is under construction generating dust and grime. The TV and internal phone was not working. The restaurant was totally substandard, dirty and unhygienic providing one or two items on its menu only. The Receptionist was rude with poor manners. Overall, a bad experience. It appears that Oyo doesn't care anymore.

We were not given all the amenities initially and had to repeatedly call to request items like towels, soap, water bottles, glasses, and more. Overall, it was not a very good experience.
