Worst hotel I have ever check in and worst maintenance, and rooms also not good.

Family • India • Aug 2026The cost of the booking was less. The room was old. The bathroom fittings rusted, broken and stained. The hot water tap was broken and so no hot water. The toilet hand shower was not working. The washbasin tap was not working. The staff were behaving like they were the guests and we were supposed to serve them. Will not recommend unless there are no other options.
Warning to Future GuestsIf you unfortunately decide to stay at this hotel, make sure you bring your BP (blood pressure) tablets. Every time you ask for something, especially at the reception, you may end up in an argument. The reception lady was rude, unprofessional, and constantly argued instead of helping guests. This experience created unnecessary stress and frustration.Based on my personal experience, I strongly do not recommend this property for solo travelers, couples, or families. There are many better hotels that value their guests and provide respectful customer service. Please avoid this property if you want a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
