Group • India • Jul 2026If negative stars were an option, that's exactly what this place deserves.Absolutely disgusting and completely misleading. This property looks nothing like the photos advertised on the booking app. I booked it after seeing the glowing (fake) reviews, but after staying here, I genuinely question how those reviews are even real.The room was a nightmare:Broken bathroom faucet.Bathroom smelled awful.Exhaust fan didn't work.No handwash or soap provided.Dust on most surfaces.Damp, leaking walls with peeling paint everywhere.And then came the WORST part—the HYGIENE.The bedsheet had BLOOD STAINS and HAIR on it!!!!! It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned or changed before we checked in. Basic cleanliness should never be optional in a hotel. This "Super Townhouse" is nothing more than an old OYO property with a new name. The rebranding doesn't hide the poor maintenance, terrible hygiene, or complete lack of standards.This was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free. Absolutely revolving experience. Avoid this place unless you want your trip ruined.
