Solo Traveller • Jul 2026The room is worth below 1000 only. Very bad smell while entering the room. Not so clean. No toiletries. TV wasn’t working. The bed and bedsheet smelled bad and clean.
Service and hospitality is zero by male staff. Male staffs were not helpful, worst service experience I have ever had during my travelling. I have requested male staff to help carry luggage, he boasted that,’I am front office staff , and left luggage where it was in attitude. Telephone lines were not working. We cane there and with driver, our driver asked for water in too much heat , you don’t even offer water to our driver. What a egregious for you in the business of the hospitality? I will never recommend hotel to anyone in the future. And you charge Rs. 30 for the bottle of 20 Rs.just a looking business
