The staff were really helpful when I fell sick while reaching the hotel. They helped my wife to fetch medicine, arrange hospital visit and allowed extended stay in room till our cab arrived. Thank you. The hotel facade does not look like shown in picture but not shabbyeither

They canceled my reservation without informing me, which was a very unpleasant experience.

A truly pleasant place to stay - breakfast was good - conveniently located near all attractions. The room was clean and well kept.

Had an outstanding and wonderful experience at the hotel. No complaints at all. The reception staff were very courteous. Conveniently located above the Miniso store. Suitable for couples. Smoking is permitted on the premises. Provided shower, towels, soap, and shampoo. The rooms are well kept and all facilities function properly, just like the website shows. The complimentary breakfast was also very enjoyable.

This hotel is quite affordable, but several significant problems spoiled my experience. I would suggest it only for those who have their own mobile data and aren't concerned about service quality. The location is great, within walking distance to shops and amenities. The room, though furnished with old items, was clean and neat, with good hot water pressure and a mini-fridge; there's also an elevator. The price is very reasonable. However, the WiFi advertised is misleading; none of the networks work inside the rooms, only at reception, forcing me to spend a lot on roaming data. There was a privacy concern with an exposed keyhole on my door, which I had to cover with paper to feel secure. Service was lacking during check-in, with no basic info given like check-out time, WiFi password, or cleaning schedule. The towels were torn and stained, and the bed was very thin, though that was expected for a budget place. Breakfast on the rooftop was okay, but hygiene was poor and the menu was very repetitive, offering the same dishes daily. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it might suit travelers on a tight budget who have their own internet access.
