Itsy Hotels Red Lotus Heritage, Promenade Beach

The location is good and convenient. However, the towels were not up to the expected standard, and the shower experience was disappointing due to low water pressure and maintenance issues. Improvement in these areas would make the stay much more comfortable.

It is a Heritage Hotel located in Jawaharlal Street in White Town. We got room with road view and was good [Room No 6 and enclosed pictures for your reference]. For vegetarian A2B is about 150m away. Hotel Kaarthik Veg is too good which is 200m away. You also have a Chettinad Non Veg Hotel and Kovai Palimudhir Fruit & Juice Centre very close.Beach ’’ is just 450m away, Sri Aurobindo Ashram is 250m away, Temple is 200m away. This location is at the heart of the city. Breakfast buffet is limited served from 8am to 9.30am (Dosa, Idly, Bread Toast, Butter, Jam, Tea & Coffee). Home taste and of good quality. Service is too good and Reception Manager is polite & kind. He accepted our request for late checkout and we got breakfast as a complimentary [Would request you to book with breakfast buffet as in hurry I missed checking that].You also have many shopping centres close by. We stayed for 2 days and happy with the stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a very good place to stay with a comfortable atmosphere and great location. Rock Beach is within walking distance, and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram is also nearby, which makes it very convenient for visitors.Special thanks to Mr. Satish for his excellent hospitality. He is a very nice and helpful person who made our stay even more pleasant. His behavior and support were truly appreciated.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I paid Rs.2800 for one day. Breakfast was not included. Room was spacious and clean. Washroom was also neat and clean. Room is having AC, sofa, a big bed, wardrobe, electric kettle & smart TV. Location is around 600 meter from the Rock beach. it's kind of a bike themed room. Zomato, Swiggy is also allowed. To sum it up, it's a value for money hotel for me considering the location!!

Excellent ExperienceFirst, the location ’ it is very close to Manakula Vinayagar Temple, the beach, and the main shopping area. What more could one ask for!Second, the hotel staff ’ the receptionists are very polite and respond very promptly to any request.Third, the food prepared by the staff ’ it feels more like home-style cooking.Fourth, the room capacity ’ the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Whether you are traveling with friends or with family along with a small kid, it works well either way.The small drawback is that there is no lift in the building.Suggestions: Linen cleanliness can be improved.Otherwise, it is definitely a 10/10 experience.
