Leaks, unhygienic rooms and poor service

Roof was leaking but we were not informed of the same, the toilet pot was also leaking in one of the washroom and the floor was very messy and unhygienic, cupboard doors also broken and electric socket was hanging put of the wall, the only couch in the room outside the toilet was filthy. The headboard side of the bed infested with mold and fungus. To sum it up, the room was hazardous and very unhygienic. We paid the amount upfront, even after 24 hours checking out, the bill has not yet been maid to me even though i have called the reception two times and messages.

Solo Traveller • India • Sep 2026This is definitely not a traditional 3-star hotel. The rooms are small and have an unpleasant smell, and the front desk service is inadequate. There is no intercom service to contact the reception for basic requests. The hotel also has no lift, so guests have to carry their luggage upstairs if the room is on the first floor.The only positive aspect of the hotel is the parking facility. Overall, the experience was disappointing and does not match what I would expect from a property.
