When you go to take shower there’s no water.. no restaurant.. they don’t even have water bottle for costumers.
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel booked through Agoda. Despite being charged nearly 8–10 times the standard rate due to a last‑minute booking, the room provided was in deplorable condition. It lacked even the most basic amenities promised in the listing, was unclean, and the staff service was unprofessional and unhelpful.To make matters worse, the final bill contained multiple line items for services that were never provided, and there was a clear discrepancy between the hotel’s invoice and the amount charged by Agoda. Charging such exorbitant rates for a substandard room amounts to outright fleecing.This experience reflects not only the negligence of the hotel management but also a serious lapse on Agoda’s part in ensuring transparency and accountability. Customers trust aggregators to provide accurate information and fair pricing, but this was a case of misrepresentation and exploitation.I strongly urge Agoda to take responsibility, enforce stricter checks on listed properties, and ensure refunds in cases like mine. Until then, I would caution fellow travelers against booking this hotel or relying blindly on Agoda’s listings.
The hotel rooms are old and dirty and very bad room cleanliness and bad room service. The only good thing of this hotel is its location from rock and Promenade beach. Better stay at ananda Inn which is just beside this hotel way better hotel. This rkn hotel feels like a lodge or motel I would say
