First of all, this is not a hotel for family with childrens. Not a minimum hygienic place to stay from their pool to bed room till bath room . Road Dogs are roaming around the floors and consuming leftover foods kept on the corridors , no cleaning staff is cleaning the rooms or the premises , you will fell very unsafe and unsecure because of these things . The rooms are good in size , but the bed linens are YAKKY .. cockroaches are roaming in the floor , bed and funny thing while sitting in the toilet seat you will find out more new insects whom you never encountered before . Very bad and careless cleaning associates , after calling 10/15 times also they will never approach to your room for cleaning. Room A/C not working and lots of more issue can not express in just words .... last AGODA will not help you resolve your issue ... they get their commission that's all .. Do not really on AGODA .
